Climate and Weather
From April to October, the thermometer never goes below 25 C. From July to October, sea temperature reaches 26 C! The climate is mild in Ibiza, and the warm Mediterranean Sea and the refreshing sea breeze will not let the heat spoil the enjoyment of leisure.
When is it best to go
The usual tourist season in Ibiza starts in May and lasts until late October. At this time, all restaurants and bars are open.
Getting there
Fly to Mallorca, then domestic flight to Ibiza (40 minutes) or 4.5 hours by ferry. Another option – flight to Barcelona and then 9 hours on the ferry (the ferry with cabins, sails at night).

Ibiza is not the best place for shopping, because everything here is expensive. There are big sales in September. The shops and boutiques of Ibiza sells clothing from leading fashion designers of the world, as well as club wear. If you are keen to stock up on clothes, you need to visit the coastal town of Santa Eulalia, where in the town of Punta Arabi weekly passes the famous hippie fair. Here often come unique items handmade. No less interesting crafts can be purchased at the hippie market in the town of Sant Carles.
